The design of our insoles is inspired by foot reflexology, an ancient technique originating from ancient China. This therapeutic technique is based on stimulating the reflex zones of the feet.

How does it work?
1. Remove the insoles from your shoes.
2. Replace the ordinary insoles you just removed with our insoles. Trim the edges, if necessary, to match the size of your shoe.
3. Insert the therapeutic insoles into your shoes.
